Description
An Existing Barn conversion that required full renovation and remodelling, with the addition of new extensions a 6000 ft² home was created. The project was carried out on a negotiated basis, by-passing the protracted “tender stage” of a project and enabling works to start as soon as planning was obtained New extensions were built with SIPS (structurally insulated panel system) to provide a speedy & energy efficient construction. Works included Ground Source Heating, PV energy generation ,and a new sewage treatment system. The Landscape was complimented with the installation of a new external pool.
